| Our prices include breakfast and VAT (taxes). The rate per room per night is Shared occupancy (twin/double) (£45 - £50 per person) £90 - £100 Single occupancy of a room is from £60 - £70 `Family' room (3 people) (£37.00 - £42.00 per person) £111.00/ £126.00 (but we do not normally accept children under 12 years of age). 10% discount is given on accommodation for stays of a week or more. The different prices do not reflect differences in the size or standard of the rooms, but rather length of stay, holiday weekends and high/low seasons. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation/room/s, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as follows:- Dinner (served at around 8.00 p.m.) is available by arrangement for £20 - £25 for four courses and coffee. A there is no choice, menu is decided after consultation with visitors. A lighter supper can sometimes be arranged if it does not clash with the wishes of other guests. We can provide directions and route maps as we have a computer 'Auto Route' and can also arrange chauffeur driven or self drive car hire locally. |
